- For a county booking record or photograph, use the Sheriff Records Division and identify the person, approximate booking date, and agency.
- For a current county-custody question, start with the official inmate search and confirm unclear results with the sheriff.
- For a recent event, review the official daily and 72-hour booking reports described on the county lookup page.
- For a court outcome, use the OSCN docket search and match the case number.
- For state custody, use the ODOC offender lookup; federal and immigration records use separate BOP and ICE channels.
Municipal and Court Requests
An arresting agency and the jail custodian may be different. Ask a city police department for its incident report and the Sheriff Records Division for a county booking record when the person was lodged in the county jail. Carnegie’s official town page lists police/code enforcement at 17 N Broadway Avenue, Carnegie, OK 73015, non-emergency (580) 654-1444. The research found conflicting older address listings for Anadarko and Hinton, so use their current department contact or Caddo dispatch before sending a request.
